Outside July 19

While the forecast is another hot day for Sunday, it is also supposed to be dry! That means that the worship service will thankfully be outside once again this Sunday, July 19! As usual, bring your own lawn chairs and blankets. See below for some new additions to our Sunday morning gathering.

Sunday morning worship begins at 9:30 AM as we attempt to beat the July heat. The service will be streamed on Facebook Live. It can be found on the Pequea Baptist Church  Facebook page.

NEW- Kid's Packets will be available for families! Individually bagged packets will be located outside of the gym containing activities for your children. The activities are age-appropriate for three groups; PreK-K, Lower Elementary, or Upper Elementary.

NEW- A limited number of lyric sheets will be available for those unable to access them through other means. These will be individually clipped and hung on the side of the gym facing the grassy area where we sit. Please leave these sheets for those who do not have the means to get them electronically! If you can print them out or bring them up on your phone, please continue to do so. Find the lyrics here.

The Firm Foundations series continues each Wednesday as Pastor Pat discusses, "Does the Bible Have 400,000 Errors?" Participate on Facebook Live on July 22, 7:00 p.m.

Church Softball- Monday, July 20 at Paradise Community Park! Pequea will be playing Weaverland #1 at 8:45 PM on Field 1. Come out and cheer on the team!

July 26 is Missions Sunday!

  • Due to the nature of this service, July 26 will NOT be live streamed.
  • We will hear from a few of our missionaries.
  • A Love Offering will be received for Nehemiah. Please consider giving over and above your regular giving to help further the work of the gospel!
  • There will be a special time for children with one of our missionaries.

Continue to treat the building as closed. Please do not go inside other than to use the bathroom.

Giving- Thanks to all of our church family for giving regularly, thoughtfully, and sacrificially! Your steady stewardship has made it possible for us to continue to meet all expenses throughout the pandemic. Instead of using the church's giving envelopes, we are encouraging everyone to either give online, mail in your giving, or use an envelope from home to place your offering in the giving box located on the sidewalk near the gym doors. We are working to limit how many materials need to change hands.
